✨ Meet Lisa, Wellspring New Brunswick member! ✨
For Lisa, Wellspring NB programs were “a gift from the universe.” We sat down with her to better understand the impact Wellspring NB and Bannon House have had on her life.
“We are all on different journeys, but we all share the same goal: to live our best lives, whatever that may look like for each of us,” Lisa shared.

✨ Dr. Harb’s Elite Cyclist Ride ✨
Wondering what it’s like to take part in Dr. Harb’s Elite Cyclist Ride?
Here’s a glimpse of the group during their 4-day journey in July 2025, cycling from Edmundston to Moncton.
But don’t let the fun fool you. These cyclists are very experienced and can ride in a peloton for more than 200 km per day at maintained speeds of up to 30 km per hour.
This ride isn’t named Dr. Harb’s “Elite Cyclist” Ride for no reason!
